• the introduction of Potatos as food


• the draining of the wild “Drömling” (in the newly developed areas, villages were built & free farmers were settled)


• that larges parts of Bavaria were not exchaged for Belgium (known as the „Potato War“, without the intervention of Prussia, Bavaria at that time would certainly become a part of Austria)
